2010 Connolly House

The Connolly Residence is a 3,555 sq ft high-performance green home that is a demonstration project for the Department of Energy's "Building America" program. This home utilizes many energy efficient and green building techniques that will allow it to achieve average heating & cooling bills of $80 per month while also having a minimal impact on the environment. This house will be certified LEED-H Gold, Green Built Texas and Energy Star.
