The Greenspoint House is a 3300 sq ft high-performance green spec home that is a demonstration project for the Department of Energy's "Building America" program. This home utilizes many energy efficient and green building techniques that will allow this house to achieve a $90 per month heating & cooling bill on average while also having a minimal impact on the environment. This house will be certified LEED-H Gold, Green Built North Texas and Energy Star.
